Faces Canada Eye shadow Brush: Review

Hello all!
I just got back from Allahabad thursday night after attending a big fat Indian wedding...(in case you were wondering why there weren't any posts since the past few days) and all of yesterday was spent catching up on lost sleep. You know how weddings are...so many events and such little sleep. By the end of it you are left with raccoon eyes and aching feet :P Although it is an entirely different scene when the wedding events are in full swing..SO MUCH FUN! Dressing up, catching up with relatives, the songs, the dancing and the food!

Anyway, enough blabbering for now. Today I am going to rave about the Faces Canada eyeshadow brush which I have been using since over a year now. I carried 2 of these to the wedding and I was all sorted.  If I were to sum up this review in one line (which I am not so don't get too happy :P), I would just tell you all to close your eyes and just get this! It is amazing!

The brush comes sealed in a transparent pack. The handle is slim matte black. Not at all bulky and perfect for carrying around too. The brush has dark brown nylon bristles. Overall the brush is extremely light weight and I find the length of the handle apt too (I can go quite close to the mirror you see).

The bristles are extremely soft (love the fact that it isn't even a bit harsh around the eye area) and densely packed. It picks up a decent amount of shadow. As claimed, this brush indeed works for blending, contouring and shaping. It is flat enough and I can pack on the colour on my lid decently. And the brisltes are fluffy enough (and slightly tapered) on top which helps in blending out the colour well. It does define the crease too. (Seeeee....what's not to love?!!).

I wash my brushes after 2 uses (I do not apply eye shadows daily) and this brush has never shed a bristle. No colour loss, no loss in bristle shape. It is as good as new! How great is that?! I am so in love with this baby! (I have 3 of these now).

I highly recommend you all to go give this a try if you haven't already. It is one of those amazing budget brushes available in India and the quality is fabulous! The only problem I had faced was availabilty issues. It isn't readily available everywhere or at all counters, but if you can find it grab one (or 3 like me). If you are a makeup novice, this will be great before investing in the high-end brushes. Although I think you wouldn't necessarily need those since this works great! It is like finding a gem! :) :D
