The Body Shop Blueberry Body Butter : Review

TBS body butters have become a winter staple in my kit. I must admit that earlier I never understood the huge hype about them...but for the past few years I have finally understood why everyone loves these babies!
Today I am sharing one of my favourites, the Blueberry Body Butter! I am extremely sorry to review this one so late, since it was a special edition...but I love this one and had to share it.
So the above photo was taken last winter when it was all fresh and new (don't you just love a jar of undisturbed product?!). Anyway, I use the body butter mainly in the colder months, so this winter the half remaining jar is helping keep my skin soft and good :)
I have dryer body skin (courtesy me being lazy and skipping using a lotion so many times) so this Blueberry one works perfectly. It is meant for dry skin. The butter is thick and luscious in itself but it never feels greasy or heavy. It sinks in fast and hydrates well. Most of their butters are good that way. This one is a bit stiffer than most of their butters but works just as well.
It makes my skin quite supple and lasts well the entire day, I do not feel the need to reapply.
And Oh! The fragrance! The ah-may-zing fragrance! I love it (this is why I picked this up in the first place). Sweet and fruity..it truly smells so yum! The smell lasts 4 hours easily.....and it fills up the room with the fragrance for quite sometime...added bonus!

So yes, I love this one a lot! Sadly it was special edition, but if I spot it anywhere, I am defintely repurchasing. TBS should add Blueberry to their permanent collection!
Until then, I am going to stock up on the other variants....I have my eyes on a few ;) ;)
