The Body Shop Cocoa Butter Cream Body Scrub : Review

Look at that healthy greenery!

If you are a regualr reader of C & D then you must have probably read the body scrub I was loving most of the year round. But this cocoa cream filled jar comes out in the colder months for that extra bit of indulgence :)



First of all, the smell is amazing! I think you can effectively say that for 99% of TBS products you will hear me saying this :D This one smells nutty and warm.
Every time I use this, it feels like such a pampering spa treatment!


The scrub is perfect for winters! It would suit dry skin so well but can be used with all skin types as well. The ground rice and almond shell exfoliate really well, they do not feel gritty and the cream base keeps the skin so supple and hydrated! It does not leave any greasiness behind.
I must say, that now I do prefer cream scrubs over the sugar ones.

The result is super smooth, soft, supple skin. Regular exfoliation also takes care of ingrown hairs and keeps the skin healthy.
This can be a bit heavy during Indian summers but is ideal for winter! The tub will last quite a long time since a small quantity is required. On the downside, this is a bit pricey :/

This is the first scrub I have tried from TBS, and I am super impressed! I will defintely repurchase this one, but maybe I will try other variants too. Lets see :)
