Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Hand Cream : Review

Sometimes the things you have used for so long, you just don’t think to blog about. Like this hand cream here. This is my 2nd tube and it has become such a staple that I have never, ever thought to blog about it. Until now.

I was on the lookout for a good had cream which I could use at work too and I happened to pick up the Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Hand Cream on one trip to the supermarket. Little did I know that this would be so effective.

The cream comes in a simple white plastic tube with a screw on cap. It is very travel friendly since the size is not too big. I agreet the the look isn't fancy but do not judge the book by just its cover. The product makes up totally with its quality.

The texture of the cream as you can see below, is very very thick and jelly like, which turns a little white when massaged in. I wouldn't even call it a cream actually.
It has a very mild powdery fragrance. Even with the thick consistency, it get absorbed well (with just a little effort) and does not feel greasy or heavy at all.

The best part about this one, that once absorbed it does not feel sticky at all nor does it make the palms sweaty and I can go about doing work easily. Which is why this is my all day work had cream and always stays in my bag! Love it!
You can use it on dry elbows, knees and cuticles too, anywhere where you would need some intesive therapy. I use it on my foot sometimes as well :)

The cream instantly relieves dryness and hydrates the skin well. It lasts long and my hands feel less dry even after a wash whenever this is on. Since the product is so thick, you literally need just a dab for both the hands. So yes, when they say that the tube will give you 200 applications, they are right. On the downside, this contains parabens.

Price : 300 INR for 56g

I love using this handcream. It is non-sticky and perfect to use at work and since it hydrates well, one can use it at night too. The concentrated formula makes it very effective on quite dry skin. You might feel that it is a bit expensive, but you need the teeny-tiniest amount possible and the tube will last you quite long. If you are on the lookout for a good hand cream which would give instant hydration and take care off the dryness (anywhere), definitely check this one out! It is, without a doubt, one of the best ones available.
