You all probably know by now that Garnier revamped their old Ultra Doux range and launched the new Ultra Blends a few weeks back. I was quite excited to try these out, I had fond good memories of the old ones and my expectations with these new ones were quite high. 
The first variant I tried was the Revitilizing Shampoo, 5 precious herbs and I was a tiny bit disappointed with that. Nevertheless, I went ahead and picked up the Henna Blackberry Nourishing Shine Shampoo next and here's what I think...

This one is a gel based shampoo, light purple in color. The fragrance is really amazing. Comapred to the revitalizing one, this variant certainly suited my hair more. It cleans the scalp well, causes less frizz and does add a subtle shine to my hair lengths. However, it doesn't do anything to blow my mind so I am not in love with it. I mostly liked it beacuse it smelt really good. I don't think I would repurchase this. It was decent overall, nothing spectacular.
