by Ashish Gyan

Ladies and Gentlemen, first and foremost, from the Men’s Galleria of Curios & Dreams, I’d like to take this opportunity to wish each and every one of you a very happy, prosperous and a fulfilling 2017.

We’d like to thank you for your support and look forward to a great year ahead together as we continue to endeavour to bring forth new, innovative, interesting and oh-so-exciting products and ideas to your attention.

On the testing table today, the 1st one for this year, are the product range from Spruce Shave Club.

Spruce Shave Club, Spruce Shave Club review,

We begin with them because by now, most of you, gentlemen, have managed to tide over the hangovers of No-Shave November and also ladies, hopefully, have put on your thinking caps as to gifting options for the men in your life for the approaching Valentine’s Day.

Spruce Shave Club, Spruce Shave Club review,

Spruce Shave Club has introduced a sleek looking blade handle in a very cool black-blue-chrome combination, which looks classy without looking space-age. It sits well in the hand, has a great grip without feeling clunky or taking too much space while travelling.

Spruce Shave Club, Spruce Shave Club review,

The blades, which have been engineered in the USA, come in a 5 priced at Rs.239 and 3 blades priced at Rs.189 variant. These fit in the same handle which is great positive and the blades are equipped with a comfort strip which is a given nowadays.

Spruce Shave Club, Spruce Shave Club review,

There are 2 shaving gel variants – Lemon & Ginger and Tea Tree Oil & Aloe Vera.  These come in 100gms priced at Rs.249 and 50gms priced at Rs.149.
Being gel based, they are very economical and last longer, these are on par where functionality is concerned. On the basis of personal preference solely, I prefer the lemon & ginger variant. It has lemon in it, need I say more.  The 3 USPs of these are that they are SLS & Paraben free and they are NOT tested on animals.

Spruce Shave Club, Spruce Shave Club review,

Giving your shaving routine a great finish is their post-shave balm which, as of now, is available in Aloe Vera, comes in the 100gms and 50gms variant and again priced modestly at Rs.299 and Rs.199 respectively.  This one stays for quite some time, moisturizes quite well, and leaves the skin feeling soft and supple.

That’s our rundown on Spruce Shave Club peepulz.

Spruce Shave Club, Spruce Shave Club review,

Why will I Buy?

  • Love the look, feel and finish of the blades and handle!
  • The gels work great without any irritations since they are SLS & Paraben free!
  • Very Very Economical!
  • Lemon….!
