Ingredients
·         All-purpose flour (1 cup), Baking Powder (2 Teaspoons), White Sugar (1 Teaspoon), Milk (1/2 cup), Salt (1/2 Teaspoon) and Butter (1 Tablespoon).

Preparation Method
·         Put flour, baking powder, salt, milk, sugar in the mixing chamber of the Noodle and Pasta Maker, close the lid and select “mix” mode.
·         Press the Extrude key to extrude dumpling covers. Make as many you want and keep them aside.


Basic Vegetable Dumplings

Ingredients
  • ·         Grated Carrot (1 cup)
  • ·         Grated Cabbage (1 cup)
  • ·         Finely chopped onion (1/2 cup)
  • ·         Chopped Garlic (1 Tablespoon)
  • ·         Soya Sauce (1 Tablespoon)
  • ·         Salt to taste
  • ·         Vinegar (1/4 Tablespoon)
  • ·         Black Pepper (1/4 Tablespoon)


Preparation Process
  • ·         Add garlic and onion in a heated pan with oil.
  • ·         Add carrot and cabbage and sauté till glossy.
  • ·         Remove the pan from heat and add black pepper, vinegar, salt and soy sauce.
  • ·         Wet the edges of the dumpling cover and place filling in the centre. Bring edges together and cover the filling. Twist seal.
  • ·         Fill others the same way and steam them for around 10 minutes. Serve hot with chili sauce and mayonnaise.





Steamed Chicken Dumplings

Ingredients·  
  •           Minced Chicken (250 g)
  • ·         Peeled and Grated Ginger
  • ·         Crushed Garlic Cloves (2)
  • ·         Fresh Chives (1 Tablespoon)
  • ·         Soya Sauce (1 Tablespoon)
  • ·         Finely Chopped Cabbage (1/2 cup)
  • ·         Black Pepper (1/4 Tablespoon)
  • ·         Salt to taste


Preparation Process
  • ·         Use your hands to combine minced chicken, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, chives, and cabbage.
  • ·         Heat a pan with some oil and sauté the mixture obtained in step 1.
  • ·         Remove the pan from heat and add black pepper and salt.
  • ·         Wet the edges of the dumpling cover and place filling in the centre. Bring edges together and cover the filling. Twist seal.
  • ·         Fill others the same way and steam them for around 10 minutes. Serve hot with chili sauce and mayonnaise.




Steamed Paneer Dumplings

Ingredients
  • ·         Low-fat paneer (1/2 cup)
  • ·         Finely Chopped carrots, green peas and French beans (1/4 cup)
  • ·         Chopped Dill Leaves (2)
  • ·         Semolina (Rava) (2 Tablespoon)
  • ·         Chopped Green Chillies (2Tablespoon)
  • ·         Baking Powder (1/4 Tablespoon)
  • ·         Powdered Sugar (1/2 Tablespoon)
  • ·         Salt to taste


Preparation Process
  • ·         Combine all the ingredients in a bowl using a wooden spoon. Mix well.
  • ·         Heat a pan with little oil and sauté the mixture obtained in step 1.
  • ·         Keep the mixture aside to cool.
  • ·         Wet the edges of the dumpling cover and place filling in the centre. Bring edges together and cover the filling. Twist seal.
  • ·         Fill others the same way and steam them for around 10 minutes. Serve hot with chili sauce and mayonnaise.
