Lakme 9 to 5 Lipstick Tea Break : Review

Finding a good nude shade is always a delight, isn't it? And I love the Lakme 9 to 5 lipstick range for that! It's got such fabulous shades to choose from that I want to buy them all :D Nevertheless, I just added Tea Break to my collection and I can't wait to share it with you!



I'm going to skip describing the packaging and the formula as most of us are already familiar with it. If you want to read more about it in detail here. In a nutshell the formula is a true powdery matte, non-staining, glides easily, is a little drying and stays for 3 hours easily.


As for the shade, it's a beautiful pinkish-mauve nude, and works as a perfect MLBB for me. It's not one of those shades that make me look like I have corpse lips. It just evens out my lips and covers pigmentation in a single swipe. It's a shade that looks like I have nothing on, but gives a very polished look. And of course, being a nude, it goes well with all smokey eye makeup.

Being a little on the light side, it'll suit fair skintones the best, and medium skin tones can just pull it off. If you're little on the wheatish-to-dark end of the skintone family, don't invest in Tea Break because it will wash you out horribly.
