L’Oreal Paris Color Riche Moist Mat Lipstick, Orange Power : Review, LOTD, FOTD

Last week, we had shared our Red Carpet Look with the L'Oreal L'Or Luminare Cannes Collection. As promised, here is the review of the lipstick Moist Mat in Orange Power.
If you have been reading our blog regularly, you would probably know that I am more into everyday nude MLBB shades. Smriti still has a liking for some bright fuschias, but I generally stick to subtle pinks, corals.. subtle. So when we got this super bright orange.. my brain was actually spinning. Bright? Maybe I could deal with that.. but Bright Orange?! I had never tried such a colour before.
My eyes were huge and I went like "WHAAATTT!". Why am I telling you this? Simply because, lesson learnt : never go by first impressions :D

Nivea In-Shower Body Moisturiser : Review

I love taking looooooong showers. And when that's done, I loooooooove slathering on body lotions or butters on my slightly damp skin to ensure it stays hydrated. But to tell you the truth, I end up lotioning only my limbs properly and I often feel sorry for my torso and back. It feels neglected and dry, but there's not much I can do about it. I mean you can't just drop your towel and start demonstrating gymnastic moves in order to moisturise your back and leave your two room-mates horrified and scandalized, can you? :P

Now the Good Goddess of Beauty must have surely decided to solve my dilemma, and that's how I stumbled across this amazing product while browsing online! Thank you, I love you!

Let's meet this new star, shall we...?
It's the all-new skin conditioner by Nivea, (OMG it's Nivea, I love Nivea!) claiming to give you silky, soft skin feeling.

Red Carpet Look with L'Oreal L'Or Luminere Cannes Collection : OOTD, EOTD and LOTD

A week back I had Instagrammed a pic of the products sent to us from the L'Oreal L'Or Luminere Collection.. This year L'Oreal invited us to "not just create a red carpet makeup look but an entire outift that you would wear to a premiere at an actual red carpet event"! (We loved the personalized invite and the video!)

Of course we were beyond excited! But when you get a combination of silver and orange (2 colours that do not go too well) it takes a while to come up with something that looks good.
I was looking for a good occasion and then mom and dad's anniversary came by yesterday. Perfect occasion with the dinner we jumped in to create a look! And this is how we paired Orange and Silver :

(This is our first OOTD so please be kind *pretty smiles*)

Tresemme Split Remedy Shampoo and Conditioner : Review

There is something with me and shampoos, I am always tempted to try a new one even, everytime I finish using the current bottle being used, even if the older one leaves my hair quite good. I do repurchase a few times, if I find something that works fabulously with my hair. In short, I have tried a lot of shampoos so far.
Anyone else who does this too?
So yes, when I recieved samples of the new Tresemme Split Remedy, I couldn't wait to try it!

Scholl Odour Control Foot Spray : Review

I have a confession to make...

I perspire. Profusely. All the time. While sitting in front of the A.C. set at 16°C. Now ladies, that's frankly embarrassing, and I've found very few items that help me feel and smell fresh throughout the day. So I'd like to share one of the most trusted deodorizing items in my arsenal with all of you!

Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunblock SPF 50+ : Review

Let me start this post by a small confession : Wearing sunscreen was not a part of my everyday routine until a year back. Yes, you heard me right.. I used to run miles away from the very mention of them. Of course I knew the importance of wearing one and you can still find evidence of years of sun damage on my skin, but in my defence (actually to make you not think of me as a complete weirdo) my reasons for not using sun protection were simple -
Firstly, our country (atleast my city) is very hot and humid... Secondly, I have oily skin (fellow oily skinned girls will understand) and...Lastly, all the sunscreens I tried were either too greasy or left a horrific white cast or gave such an uncomfortable feel. What is one supposed to do?!
