L'Oreal Glam Shine Balm Gloss, Peach Pleasure : Swatches & Review

I am a big fan of chubby sticks, they are so easy to carry around, so easy to apply and in general look super cute. 

So, a while back I picked up the L'Oreal Glam Shine Blam Gloss in Peach Pleasure (after seeing some pretty swatches online...yeah I got tempted!). And while this is a pretty colour, I somehow do not reach for it as often as I should. Read on to know why.

The texture of the balm gloss is lovely too. It glides on smoothly, no tugging at all. It is decently hydrating. The pigmentation is almost like a tinted lip balm (though the darker colours have better colour payoff). It makes the lips look quite glossy and plump when applied. 

Peach Pleasure is a lovely muted pink. It is perfect for everyday wear, just to add a little hint of colour on the lips. It will work well for college and office environment. 

My only grudge with this one is the fact that it has teeny tiny glitter in the stick! Why oh why did you do that L'Oreal?!

Even though everything else about the balm gloss is quite good, the glitter spreads everywhere and it ends up looking like you have a twinkling mouth area!!! *bangs palm to head*

Sadly, I do not (read cannot) wear it as much as I would have liked to due to the presence of glitter particles. I wish there was a way to remove the glitter from the stick! 

You might probably want to skip this particular shade! Go for the darker variants if you want to get these.
