I cannot believe that April is over already! Where is this year flying off to?!
I have my exams coming up in the 2nd week of May and I am so nervous already! Let's see how they go *fingers crossed*
Anyway, with another month, comes a new favourites post...so here's what I really digged in April!
1. Skincare
April was definitely the month of sheet masks. I used a couple from Innisfree and hoarded a lot from The Face Shop (Nykaa had a buy 5 get 5 free offer...I cannot be blamed). I am starting to really like using sheet masks every once in a while to pamper my skin just a lil' bit more. They just make my skin feel so hydrated and plump. Love.

I also tried a sample of the Kaya Brightening and Firming eye serum (Smriti highly recommended it) this month and I loved the super light feel it has. Almost watery, it sinks in no time and has been perfect for summer (will be reviewed soon).
The rest of my skincare routine has pretty much been the same.
2. Makeup
theBalm Bahama Mama Bronzer has to be the star here. I am loving using it everytime I go out. It is just perfect to get that natural soft contoured/bronzed look. Plus the quirky packaging! Full review here.
I also managed to get my hands on the Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish Micro Powder and my oh my...it is life changing! I have been spoilt and now I know no other compact is going to come close to this....What am I to do once it gets over! Would you like a review?
For my lips I am pretty much sticking to a tinted lip balm and this color changing one from Maybelline gives the prettiest tint of pink. I am also getting a lot of wear out of MAC See Sheer which is a lovely coral. Both look fresh and super apt for summers!
3. Munchies
Has got to be ice cream....I am sure it isn't a surprise, with temperatures soaring everyday! Coffee icecream is my favourite followed closely by Belgian Chocolate, and I prefer mine from Polar Bear (do check them out, if you city has an outlet).
4. Others
April saw me most in this pair of shoes, which I had picked up from Westside. Super comfy, goes with almost everything and I love the design. I also binged watched 5 seasons of Suits (I know I am late to join in) and I am totally addicted!
