If you are a regular reader of the blog and if you follow me on Instagram, you probably know that I have perioral dermatitis which is unfortunate because as a beauty enthusiast it narrows down the lip products (lipsticks/gloss/balms) I am able to use drastically. A lot of formulas out in the market tend to aggravate and flare up my condition in 1 application. This makes me very picky when it comes to lip products and also very apprehensive whenever I am trying out something new. It also means that whenever I find a product that doesn't worsen the condition for me I dance with joy! Let's talk about the Enn Pucker Hydrating Lip Mask today.

Pucker, Enn's overnight lip mask is loaded with hyaluronic acid that deeply moisturizes, replenishes and hydrates delicate lips. The soothing balm-like texture instantly surges lips with hyaluronic acid that imparts much-needed moisture and hydration for baby soft lips. This lip mask is infused with Honey, Lanolin Glycerin, Shea butter, and Jojoba oil which provide deep moisture to soften chapped and distressed lips. This butterscotch enriched Pucker deeply nourishes the lips overnight or during the day, revealing a fuller and plumper finish with diminished lines or dry patches. It's the perfect pre-treatment before applying your matte lipstick. This leave-on lip mask that can be worn overnight to help replenish and rejuvenate parched and dehydrated lips. Apply a protective layer over the lips to lock in all the moisture and active ingredients and to give lips a velvety look and feel.

Comes in a frosted glass jar with a plastic screw on cap. The packaging looks good & is sturdy - I have dropped it a fair number of times and it has survived all falls so far.
The lip mask has a sweet somewhat caramel-y fragrance. It is on the stronger side & could be a bit much for sensitive noses. The consistency is thick & balmy, but it isn't sticky. Now, not everyone likes a thick lip balm, I know, but I prefer my lip balms to be thick & stay on my lips for a long time, it's just the way I like them.
The balm spreads well and does not tug on the lips. There are small soft squishy particles that come up occasionally when you apply the balm. It can get a little irritating sometimes as those particles don't melt and need to be removed.
I find the balm quite hydrating, moisturizing & it stays on the lips for a long time. 3-4ish hours without eating. It survives light snacking & drinking. Lips still feel soft & hydrated for sometime even after the balm wear off. It gives a soft red-maroon beetroot like tint which looks pretty - The brand says that they use food grade colour.
My lips are perpetually dry most days & I have used it all throughout winter without any complaints. It kept my lips well maintained.
I apply it mostly during the day & sometimes I use it in the night too. If I apply it in the night, I wake up to a soft pink tint in the morning - I have very pale lips to begin with, so I quite like the tint I have the next day - it doesn't stay on for the entire day but I will take what I can get :D
The lip mask has been working quite well for me. It keeps my lips well hydrated & soft. And more importantly - It does not aggravate my perioral dermatitis! I usually have such a hard time with lip products because so many of them flare up the condition for me. When I find a lip product that doesn't do that I get super happy.

It is on the expensive side, but the jar lasts a good amount of time - I have been using this jar since May 9th 2020 and it is still not over. If you are on the hunt for a good effective lip mask/lip balm then this is a good one to consider. I will repurchase it when my tub runs out & once I use up a few more lip balms in my stash.
