Maybelline Color Show, 402 Blackcurrant Pop : Review & NOTD
Written by: Swati on:
We love the Color Sow polishes quite a bit. After, so many colors reviewed here, it comes as no surprise. Here's another shade, Blackcurrant Pop today :)
The formula of the polish is good. It goes on smoothly without any streaking. You need 2 coats to give a full opaque color. The brush is of good quality and applies the polish easily.
I like applying a single coat however of this shade and it lasts on my nails for 2 days with some tip fading. 2 coats will give you 4-5 days easily. The polsih dries fast enough to a creamy glossy finish.
Blackcurrant Pop is a pastel lilac (light lavender) color which I find so apt for spring-summer. It will suit most Indian skintones well as it isn't too light.
Price : 75 INR for 6ml
Color Show is one of the most affordable polishes in the Indian market today and the quailty is great (for most of the shades). Plus the shade variation is awesome...you can try so many colors.
Blackcurrant pop is a lovely pastel color to sport during the summer. Why don't you give it a try? :)
We have reviewed some other great shades like Wine and Dine, Coral Craze, Moon Beam, Fantasea Green, Tenacious Teal, Nude Skin, Paparazzi Purple, Pink Champagne and Bling on the Blue.
Which are your favourite Color Show shades?
