Maybelline Color Tattoo Bad to the Bronze: Review
Written by: Smriti on:
Hello everyone!
I am quickly sharing the last Maybelline Color Tattoo I own, Bad to the Bronze :)
You can know all the details about the Color Tattoos in my earlier posts of Pomegrante Punk here and Bold Gold here.
Bad to the Bronze is a beautiful warm bronze shade, with a metallic finish. It is nicely pigmented and you do not need layers of this for the colour to show up. The texture is very smooth (unlike the gold one which I found to be just a little bit gritty) and applies easily without any tugging. It does last really long (I am not talking 24 hours here, who wears makeup for that long?) with just some minor creasing towards the end.. just a bit if you look very closely and if you are being very critical. And yes it will not work on very mature lids again, I do find that all the color tattoos give mature lids a paper like cakey finish and accentuates the wrinkles. That is the only major drawback.
The colour is a gorgeous one and works beautifully with Indian skin tones. Worn alone with just kohl and mascara or blended with other colours too, it works equally good both ways. It is one shade that I would totally recommend from this collection! :)

The Accessorize Lovely Day Eyeshadow Palette reviewed here has a similar shades in the powder form.
Yes, I have put up an EOTD, but do not judge me please. This is done in a real hurry (I thought I would not put an eye swatch up but then it would not have been a good thing to do and I clicked this just 5 minutes before) just so you all can get an idea how the colour looks on the lids. I am wearing Bad to the Bronze alone with just a bit of liner.
Price: 350/- for 4gm
